We can date this picture pretty precisely because the history books tell us that the Air Line Pilots Association went on strike against Eastern Airlines for twelve days in that particular month and year, and one of the flyboys is visible, in uniform, on picket line duty. As for location, I have no information; maybe one of you can help out there.
